This website is operated by XUENDRESS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to XUENDRESS. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Many of our dresses are made to order and are available in a wide range of colours and shades. Minor variations in fabric dye lot, beading placement and embellishment may occur between production runs.

3. Sizing and Measurements

Our size chart is provided for reference. If your measurements fall between two sizes, or if you are ordering a custom size, please double-check your measurements before submitting your order, as custom-sized garments cannot be returned.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated, and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless expressly noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
